Remodel of existing master bathroom with enlargement of the bathroom by utilizing space from the bedroom. Includes relocation of closet door with larger closet pocket doors. Full demolition of existing bathroom with updates to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, subfloor, laminate flooring, cultured stone shower, vanity top, cultured stone countertop with integrated sink, faucets, mirrors, lighting, toilet, pedestal sink, paint, doors.
Customer's Wishes
The existing bathroom needed to be enlarged to allow for more space as they age in place. They wanted a large shower and a second sink. To accomplish the goals, they were okay with using space from the adjacent bedroom.
