Service Overview
Complete renovation of an existing outdated master bathroom in Holt, Michigan. This project included replacing the existing roof and roofing substructure due to the presence of mold. A large amount of windows were also replaced along with a rework of the master bedroom closet areas.
Customer's Wishes
The layout of the existing bathroom was very undesirable, especially with a large jetted tub that was taking up most of the bathroom space. The goal was to open up the bathroom and incorporate a portion of the closet space to create an overall more functional master bedroom suite. The hope was to get a larger shower as major feature to the bathroom.
