Full remodel of existing main floor bathroom including demolition of existing space with pull and replace remodel. Remodel includes conversion of tub/shower to full size cultured stone panel shower, new vanity cabinet, new toilet, above toilet storage cabinet, framed mirror, cultured stone countertop with integrated sink, new faucet, new vanity lighting, new LVP flooring, semi-frameless shower door, drywall, paint, and bathroom accessories. The remodel also included removal of a joint wall between two bedrooms to create one larger master bedroom. This included minor electrical updates, drywall patching, painting of the bedroom, new ceiling fan, and refinish of the hardwood flooring.
The old bathroom just needed to feel a bit more open and updated. She was concerned about not having a tub in the bathroom anymore but wanted a full size shower and loves it! During the design phase she wanted to know what would be possible to combine two of the small bedrooms to create one larger master bedroom. This ended up perfect for her and she loves the larger space.
