Service Overview
Remodel of two existing main floor bathrooms including demolition, haul off of existing materials, update to existing plumbing and electrical for updated bathroom layouts.
Master Bath:
Full gut of existing bathroom down to studs with update to layout to include a walk-in tub, new linen closet, new vanity with quartz countertop with undermount sink, new toilet with above the toilet storage cabinet, new LVT flooring, framed mirror and new vanity lighting.
Hallway Bath:
Pull and replace of bathroom with replacement of tub with cultured stone shower with built in niche and tile accent, update of vanity, mirror, vanity lighting, new cultured stone countertop with integrated sink, framed mirror, new vanity lighting, LVT flooring, sliding shower door, new bath accessories.
Customer's Wishes
The goal was to create a space for a walk-in tub which required a change to the layout of the bathroom. While the master bathroom was being worked on, the customer wanted also to update their hallway bathroom to create a brighter and updated space.
