Great Use of a Smaller Space
Project Goals:
- Refresh an outdated bathroom.
- Replace existing small enclosed shower with more open tile shower with glass surround.
- Replace alcove tub with free-standing soaking tub. Install tile half way up walls and install tile floor.
- Update the vanity with new quartz countertop with undermount sink.
- Install new plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories.
- Update bathroom ceiling fan and bathroom lighting.

Project Overview
With this bathroom remodel, the customer wanted a walk in tile shower and soaking tub. Updated tile and flooring. New cabinets and quartz countertop. Matching medicine cabinet and updated cabinet door pulls. New undermount sink and faucet. Odd Fellows Contracting updated an existing bathroom in Williamston Michigan. Despite some limited space, all design elements were able to be incorporated with a beautiful finish. The choice of materials and clean lines creates a welcoming mix of modern with a traditional feel in this elegant bathroom remodel.
