- Replace tub/shower with a tile walk-in shower with semi-frameless glass shower door.
- Update existing vanity with new quartz countertop and undermount sink.
- Update all fixtures.
- Update flooring with tile floor.
- Replace lighting and bathroom ceiling fan.

Project Overview
An update to an outdated space. The tile in the shower represents a waterfall with the blue on the top and back with white on the sides. Update to an existing bathroom including demolition of all existing materials and haul off. Update to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for bathroom for updated bathroom design. Installation of new tile shower with frameless glass door, new larger vanity, new ceramic tile flooring, new mirror, new quartz countertop, new vanity undermount sink, new ceiling fan, new vanity lighting, new bathroom accessories, and new paint.
