Project Goals:
- Replace sunroom work that had been started by another contractor with code-compliant sunroom.
- Open up wall between new sunroom and existing kitchen space.
- Integrate a sliding door to open up to a new pressure-treated wood deck.

Project Overview
After much frustration with starting the work to get the addition done by another contractor, Odd Fellows Contracting was able to once again come to the rescue. The structure started by the original contractor was not up to code and unfortunately had to be torn down. The customer was wanting to stay in their home but create a new space to open up their kitchen and dining to allow them a more comfortable area to entertain or just relax. Build out of new four seasons sunroom and pressure treated deck.
