- Remove the purple countertop!
- Incorporate natural tones with the neutral white wall cabinets.
- Update the hardwood floors.
- Update the existing main floor half bathroom with new vanity, new wallpaper, updated toilet, and fixtures.
- Install new lighting and pendant accent lighting in the kitchen remodel.
- Upgrade the vent hood and stove.

Project Overview
This beautiful kitchen included a full demo of the existing with replacement of quartz countertop, custom cabinets, and hardwood flooring. The updated large vent hood is a focal piece with a gorgeous tile backsplash flanked by tall wall cabinets with glass fronts on the upper portion. The contrasting tone between the white perimeter cabinets and earthy green tone to the large island blends wonderfully with the warm tones of the new hardwood flooring. One of the challenges of the space was to update the lighting with the large open ceiling. Under cabinet lighting and drop pendants were incorporated along with up-lighting around the soffit perimeter. In addition to the kitchen, the adjacent half bath was updated with matching cabinets and a fun wallpaper. The hardwood flooring was brought into the bathroom space as well.
