Project Overview
The existing garage was starting to fall and was in dire need of attention. The homeowner was hoping for a space that could be used as either home office or a space for guests and visitors to stay. Update of an existing detached garage to convert into living space including a kitchenette and full bathroom. The conversion included adding plumbing, additional electrical, replacement of the existing roof, flooring leveling, etc to create a wonderful new living space.
