Project Goals:
- Reimagine the space with an update to the layout including an update to the back-door entry area.
- Update the flooring with hardwood to match the hardwood flooring in adjacent areas.
- Determine ways to improve lighting with updated ceiling and under-cabinet lighting.
- Create an improved sitting area in the space of the existing booth seating.

Project Overview
The existing kitchen was feeling outdated with older cabinets and a layout that was not working for them. The existing island was preventing the use of more efficient space with additional cabinets. The goal was to update and improve on functionality as well as style. Full scope kitchen remodel with an updated layout. Scope of work includes full gut and demolition of existing kitchen with new hardwood flooring installed, new cabinets, new quartz countertop with farmhouse style sink, new faucet, new ceiling lighting and under cabinet lighting, update layout of breakfast nook to establish more open area.
