From Worn-Out to Wow!
Project Goals:
- Remove the existing rotted wood deck and replace with a new composite deck.
- Install wire cable railing to not obscure the view to the yard.
- Along with updating the deck, replace the 2nd floor bedroom cantilevered balcony with composite decking and cable rail railing.

Project Overview
A lower maintenance update to the deck with an improved layout to fix their existing deck that was in desperate need of repair. The balcony was also not longer functional and required a full replacement. With such a nice yard, the goal was to include railing that would not obstruct their view. Removal of existing pressure treated deck including update to substructure to install new deck per code. Installation of new Trex composite decking with Feeney system cable railing. Update to design and layout of deck. Update to existing second story balcony.
