If It Ain't Broke, Don't Fix It
Project Goals:
- The existing layout was working well and didn’t need any changes.
- Update the existing cabinets and upgrade to a quartz countertop and tile backsplash with semi-custom cabinets with soft close doors and drawers.
- Keep the display cabinet at the peninsula with glass door to display prized items.
- Reduce costs by keeping soffits and similar layout.

Project Overview
An updated and more functional kitchen remodel in their 1962 Lansing home. Due to the small space, the layout of the kitchen remained the same with functionality added in some of the cabinetry with pull out drawers and new configuration for better organization.
