Project Goals:
- Utilize the existing space available in the basement to create more living space in the home.
- Add a kitchenette to provide space to entertain.
- Integrate storage into the stairs and try to keep the area open.
- Add a full bathroom including a shower to the basement.

Project Overview
The homeowner was already using the basement for their work but they wanted the area to be warmer and finished to expand the usable living space in the home. Remodel of an unfinished 730 square foot basement in Lansing, Michigan. Basement remodel includes kitchenette and full bathroom with a large living space and finish of stairs.
