Holt Three Seasons Room Conversion

The goal was to make the room more usable throughout more of the year. Although this was not a full four seasons room conversion, the only thing missing is heat and air conditioning. The room will be usable throughout most of the year. The desire was to tie it in to the rest of the home with matching exterior and windows. Conversion of an existing screened in deck to a three seasons room complete with insulated windows and insulation in flooring. Installation of walls around perimeter and new flooring with new ceiling.
