Project Goals:
- Create a space with a lot of windows to enjoy a portion of the outdoors.
- Homeowner wanted Odd Fellows Contracting to complete the majority of the room leaving the interior unfinished for the homeowner to complete.
- Add composite steps from new room to existing back door path.

Project Overview
The goal was to create a covered area that could be used and enjoyed during the spring, summer, and fall. The existing deck was in need of work and they wanted to replace it with a more usable space. Demolition of existing pressure treated deck, installation of unfinished three seasons room with tie in to existing home and installation of Trex composite landing and steps with Trex Signature Railing. Three seasons room completed with operable windows, walls and floor left unfinished for customer to complete.
