- Utilize existing den for the extra space required.
- Add door to den room to create office/bedroom space.
- Create a shower that is to help with future accessibility needs.

Project Overview
The homeowner in this Holt Michigan home was wanting to ensure that she could stay in her home longer by converting the existing living room into a home office/bedroom space and using some of the space to expand the existing half bathroom into a full bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet. One of the goals was to make the shower with a bench to make it more accessible for future needs.
