New Home, New Deck

Project Goals:

  • The new Mayberry home came with a board across the sliding patio door to prevent falling down due to no deck installed.
  • The goal was to keep with the modern feel of the home with a complimentary railing style.
  • Add lighting to the deck and a gate to keep the dog within the deck space.

Project Overview

With the purchase of a new home, they wanted a nice outdoor living space and deck to enjoy. Build out of a 465 square foot deck using Trex Transcent Lineage "Biscayne" decking and Trex Signature Aluminum Rodrail with Trex LED lighting. Includes horizontal skirting using Azek white composite skirting and perimeter critter guard mesh wiring. And no, the dog is not included, sorry!
