Lake Lansing Haslett Sunroom Addition

The existing deck didn't provide much usable space and the railing was not up to code and was a hazard for the customer's grandchildren. The goal was to add usable living space to the home along with updating the deck. Construction of a 226 square foot three seasons room addition replacing an outdated deck in Haslett. Additionally this project includes construction of a 180 square foot Trex composite deck with Trex Transcend railing. The project involved demolition of existing deck along with build of new three-seasons room with multiple windows and door. Construction included installation of updated lighting and ceiling fan.
