Project Overview

The client was in need of an update to their existing kitchen. Odd Fellows Contracting had created a beautiful addition and bathroom remodel for them in the past and they were eager to bring their kitchen up to date. The desire was to keep the existing layout with the goal of reducing overall cost. In addition to the renovation was the desire to improve the location of the refrigerator and improve storage space and organization. Replace cabinets in similar layout with updated cabinets with soft close doors and drawers. Remove ceiling soffits to allow for more open kitchen space and taller full height wall cabinets. Remove the existing pantry closet and move refrigerator to create a space for pantry organizational full height cabinet. Replace countertop with new quartz countertop and install a beautiful and functional subway tile backsplash. Install a Neoroc undermount sink with updated plumbing and faucet. Keep the original tile flooring.
