Out with the Old
Project Goals:
- Remove existing fireplace that was no longer in use.
- Reframe space to give room for a bathroom and closet adjacent to the primary bedroom.
- Add full bathroom with Sterling Shower unit, pedestal sink, and new Kohler toilet.
- Install luxury vinyl plank flooring.
- Update lighting in bathroom and new closet.
- Install standard closet shelving.

Project Overview
With a growing family, the goal was to create a master bathroom in the home. The existing fireplace was drafty and no longer usable so the hope was to utilize that space for the addition of a new bathroom. Removing existing fireplace and master bedroom closets to create space for new bathroom and enlarged closet for a master bedroom suite.
