Screened Sanctuary

Project Goals:

  • Create a screened room to enjoy the outdoors bug-free.
  • Update 2nd floor as necessary to create space for roof line by filling in the 2nd floor balcony.

Project Overview

Integration into the existing home. An area where the client could enjoy the outdoors with minimal maintenance away from bugs. Odd Fellows Contracting worked with the client to create a three seasons room addition with composite decking in Grand Ledge. Odd Fellows was also tasked to create a composite walkway and steps to the addition.
