Project Goals:
- Expansion of the kitchen to give more space for an island.
- Add (2) skylights to the expanded kitchen for more natural light.
- Install new semi-custom cabinets with dual tones for a warm kitchen aesthetic.
- Install quartz countertops.
- Update flooring in kitchen, living room, and entry.
- Remodel existing bathroom.
- Update lighting in kitchen.

Project Overview
The original goal was to create a more accessible bathroom including a tile shower and updated storage. The project then expanded to include a kitchen expansion to create a larger open space with a lot of light for a new kitchen. Full remodel of existing bathroom to expand size of bathroom with full remodel and expansion of kitchen by extending home to create a much larger kitchen. The outside perimeter of home grew to accommodate the extra space required for the new kitchen.
