"Make It Not Gross!"
Project Goals:
- Update the shower to “make it not gross” (customer request!).
- Patch drywall in adjacent spaces.
- Update the basement laundry to also make that area not gross (customer’s words, not ours!)
- Update flooring and lighting.

Project Overview
This basement update included an update to portions of the basement bathroom with a complete remodel of the shower area to increase the size of the shower which had an impact on the adjacent bedroom. The flooring throughout a large portion of the basement was updated, specifically in the updated bathroom and basement laundry room. We completed various drywall patches and repair and uncovered areas of leaking from the exterior that was remedied. The tile shower was a big focal point of the bathroom remodel with a beautiful white subway tile with herringbone pattern tile niche and glass block integrated to brighten the space.
