From Rotted to Restored
Project Goals:
- Replace the rotted decking, railing, and posts with updated composite and vinyl for a lower maintenance restoration.
- Utilize composite decking in a color selection that compliments the home vinyl color.

Project Overview
The existing deck was rotting and needed to be updated. The customer wanted a low maintenance decking material along with an update to the appearance and posts. Update of existing front porch replacing decking with Trex deking and Trex Railing. Replace existing old posts with new composite posts.
