- Create an all-seasons room to add an improved family room to the home.
- Incorporate plenty of windows and a fireplace to make a cozy and enjoyable space.
- Add space to the basement as part of the room expansion.

Project Overview
More space to enjoy in a casual but very well lit new family room. Addition of a four seasons room to the home to provide more space for a family room complete with fireplace. The four seasons room opens up to the rest of the home to create a seamless transition between the new room and the existing space. The additional room was also added to the basement by pouring full height basement walls.
