Project Overview
The deck was in need of some work and the customer was hoping to take the opportunity to make some changes to the structure for an improved layout. The low maintenance Trex decking was important as well as the great colors and design options that are available with the Trex Decking and Railing. Removal of portions of the decking with a redesign of the stair location and update to structure with new Trex Decking and Trex Select Railing. To keep the area dry underneath we used the Trex Rain Escapes system. We worked to update portions of the existing structure to bring it up to current code compliance.
