- Update the existing cabinets to provide more space for storage.
- Replace sitting area with storage cabinets.
- Update existing countertop, flooring, backsplash tile, and lighting.

Project Overview
As is the case with many outdated kitchens, this kitchen included a seating area that was using up a lot of needed space. The existing island was not attached to the floor and was a safety concern. The layout of the kitchen was updated by moving the refrigerator and adding more pantry space. Additional storage was added and the island was secured! The countertops were replaced with quartz countertops and we installed a glass tile backsplash in a herringbone pattern. The lighting was updated with a smart lighting system.
