- Build out of rot resistant cedar to keep the warmth of real wood.
- Create a privacy screen and bar rail.
- Add stairs from the deck to better access the back yard.

Project Overview
A more weather resistant decking to replace the rotted out pressure treated deck that they had. They also wanted to replace the existing wood front porch with pressure treated wood and make some minor repairs with the rebuild. Demolition of existing pressure treated deck with updates to existing structure to bring up to code. Install new cedar decking with design of drink rail and privacy screen.
