Pricing can vary greatly on a project-by-project basis, largely depending on your investment range, your desired design, and the materials that you choose. During our initial discussion, we will work with you to help you understand what can work in your desired investment range.
Please take a look at the figures below to gain a better understanding of what some typical lower and higher-end projects may cost. Remember, these are merely averages based on past work we’ve completed. Every project is unique, and so are their relative costs.

Basic: Includes a semi-custom cabinet with soft close doors and drawers. Countertops to be laminate or entry level quartz. All walls and fixtures remain in the same spot. Minor changes to the existing cabinet layout. Luxury vinyl plank flooring in kitchen. Change existing lighting to LED recessed lighting. New door pulls and knobs. Painting of the kitchen walls and ceiling.
Mid: Includes semi-custom upgraded cabinets with soft close doors and drawers. Some cabinets to include pull-out drawers. Countertop to be mid-level quartz, granite, or solid-surface. Some modifications to walls and layout of kitchen cabinets. Cabinet layout may remain similar or change based on design modifications. Updates to electrical required with kitchen layout changes, install new LED recessed lighting to brighten space. Flooring to be removed and replaced with upgraded vinyl plank flooring, hardwood, or tile floor. Plumbing to be updated and includes upgraded faucet and sink. Likely to include under cabinet lighting. Tile backsplash likely included. New door pulls and knobs. Painting of the kitchen walls and ceiling.
High: Includes higher-end custom cabinets with inclusion of extra pull-out drawers and shelving. Upgraded quartz or granite countertops, It may include more significant wall modifications or moving of fixtures and layout to kitchen. Flooring to be upgraded hardwood or tile flooring in kitchen and adjacent dining room. Updated to electrical required with kitchen layout change. Plumbing to be updated with higher end faucet and upgraded sink. Likely includes under cabinet lighting and new LED recessed lighting in kitchen. Tile or quartz full backsplash likely included. Countertops may be mid-grade quartz or granite with undermount sink. Shower likely to be cultured stone or standard tile. Standard shower door to be installed. Includes new vanity mirror and lighting. Update to general bathroom lighting, ceiling fan, and paint. New bathroom accessories to be installed. New shower fixtures and updated plumbing drain and supply lines. Flooring to be mid-level vinyl plank or tile flooring.
High: LIkely to include significant modifications to bathroom layout (possible wall moving), including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC updates required with layout change. Includes semi-custom to full custom vanity cabinet and linen cabinet. Countertops to be upgraded quartz or granite with undermount sink. Includes tile shower with niche or bench upgrades. Shower door to be upgraded or may include full custom hinged euro-style door. Update to general bathroom lighting and update to ceiling fan. New upgraded mirror and vanity lighting. Paint bathroom. Flooring to be tile or upgraded vinyl plank. Includes upgraded plumbing fixtures in shower and faucets.

Build-Out: Assumes open layout and would include: framing, insulation, switches, outlets, recessed LED lights, HVAC ventilation, drywall, doors, trim, painting and carpet. The more walls and upgraded trim details the higher the price per sq. ft. goes up. NOTE: When the size gets smaller than 1000 sq. ft. the price per sq. ft. may increase.
Bath: Assumes an 8’ x 5’ bathroom including a vanity, toilet and shower. Also assumes drains are pre-roughed. The level of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and finishes will determine the final price.
Wet Bar: Wet Bars are very hard to estimate until a final design is established. A Basic-Level Beverage Center consists of 6’-8’ of cabinetry and countertops. A Mid-Level Wet Bar includes the same as the basic-level except it adds an island or peninsula section for bar stools. A High-Level Wet Bar is a more customized space for parties including multiple appliances and high end finishes.
